What kind of photo works best?

A bright, clear photo where your dog's face is fully visible. Natural daylight works great. Try to avoid blurry, dark or very far-away shots.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! Just upload one photo with all of your pets in it.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days in total: 2 to 5 business days to print your item, then 3 to 7 business days to ship. Shipping is free on every US order.

When should I order for Christmas?

Please order by 10 December for Christmas delivery.

Will I see my design before it's printed?

The product photos show how your design will look, with your photo and pet's name in place of our sample. We check every photo by hand before printing, and if anything doesn't look right (for example, a blurry or very dark photo), we email you before we print.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to the United States only.
